Description

FLEXTRAC Bulk loader sample overflow While the TSS has a medium-small collection tank, the Flextrac bulk loader has a very small collection tank (see images). If a test tube leaks, the reservoir is already full. If another test tube leaks or falls into the reservoir, liquid will overflow, contaminating the surrounding area or potentially damaging the sensors. In addition, absorbent material must be placed in this tank to absorb any liquid that may fall.

TSS는 중간 크기의 에러함을 가지고 있는 반면, Flextrac 확장형 로더는 매우 작은 에러함을 가지고 있습니다(이미지 참조). 하나의 튜브에서 누액이 발생하면 에러함이 이미 가득 차게 됩니다. 이 상태에서 추가로 튜브에서 누액이 발생하거나 튜브가 에러함으로 떨어질 경우, 액체가 넘쳐 주변을 오염시키거나 센서를 손상시킬 수 있습니다. 또한, 이 에러함 내부에는 누액을 흡수할 수 있도록 흡수성 물질을 배치해야 합니다.

the section is tilted in order to collect the liquid toward the front area, where a sensor detects the presence of material and alerts the customer EN can provide absorbent materials.

03/03: the sensor can not detect liquid at present they are working to improve. it is recommanded to have a absorbing material in place.
